Location time! We loaded up all our equipment onto a big truck and headed down town to the bar that's letting us use their building for filming.

Here is Mia, our continuity / VTR operator setting up the iBook.

We set up a huge black tarp over all the windows so that we could control our own lighting.

Our lead actress (red hair) sitting next to Alison (purple hair) sitting next to on of our P.A's (yellow hair, I forget his name.) Alison and the P.A. will be extras in this scene.

Cindy, one of our production supervisors, sitting next to our sound supervisor dude (I forget his name, we called him Satan Hair Dude.)

Here is me working out the kinks with our "stab POV" shot box.

Filming goes well.

Back on our sound stage, here is our make-up artist applying final touches to our actors.

Our Director of Photography Adam taking a light reading.

I had to quickly change into a ninja suit, as I play "Ninja 2."

Ready to shoot!

Rock on.

And that's about it. Filming took 4 days, and we went through roughly 55 minutes of film.
55 minutes worth of film stock was a little under 5 thousand dollars.
This is why shooting digitally is so much less expensive - a pro digital 40 minute tape is about 70 bucks.
