I’ve been asked to speak at next year’s “ROFLCon,” which is a conference for rofls.

Last year they had Andy Ochiltree from JibJab, Matt Harding of “Where the Hell is Matt” fame, Lemon Demon, Group X, moot from 4chan, Michael Buckley of What the Buck, iJustine, and lots of other awesome “people who are famous on the internet.”  Hopefully ROFLCon II will be just as swell.

I still don’t have a lot of details yet, but hopefully I’ll be able to give a paradigm-changing two hour speech about recent advances in hydrobiology.

    Congratulations! :) Please take a recording of the convention. I would love to hear the speech you have planned, as I am an aspiring hydrobiologist.

    Jason, I do hope you will speak specifically on eutrophication and its possible negative affects on the environment. I am sure your expert insight and research on the subject will be well regarded given the audience present.

    This is how I imagine it:
    “Hey, who’s that guy with the massive hands?”
    “I don’t know but he sounds a bit like Charlie the Unicorn, lol”
    Yes, I imagine people at this convention saying “lol” out loud.
